Fiecare capsula contine: Beta-alanine 3600 mg L-histidine 400 mg Beta histidine are the building blocks of the dipeptide beta-alanyl-L-histidine, also known as carnosine. Antioxidant, buffering, free radical scavenging and even neurotransmitter properties are attributed to carnosine. Carnosine is found in high concentrations in skeletal muscle, and it's preferentially located in the strongest type II fast-twitch muscle fibers. Carnosine can pick up H+ and delay the drop in pH increasing one's ability to work harder and longer. By boosting carnosine via supplementation, we can increase our capacity to fight acid build up in working muscles. Directions: Depending on your bodyweight, divide 1-2 servings (4-8 g) into four equal doses and take them spread out evenly during the day. Maximal effect will occur after 2-4 weeks of use.
