    The contracting authority wishes to purchase "Neutron Spectrometer DIAMON HE", in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the Technical Specs and in in accordance with the Supply Contract attached. By accepting the purchase, the requirements and the conditions in the Technical Specifications and the contractual clauses are considered to have been accepted, and the purchase will be completed by signing the Supply Contract. Thus, after accepting the offer in SEAP, the contracting authority will transmit to the economic operator, by email, an invitation with the details regarding the signing of the contract public procurement.
