    Descriere:
    Furnizarea produselor Consumabile pentru imprimante, multifunctionale, copiatoare conform descrierii si cantitatile solicitate. Livrarea se va face gratuit la sediul mai sus menţionat, însotite certificatele de garantie, în termen de 10 zile. Înlocuirea produselor necorespunzătore se va face în cel mult 5 zile de la solicitare. Plata se va face în cont deschis la Trezoreria Statului, prin ordin de plată în termen de 30 zile de la data recepţiei mărfii, fără obiecţiuni. Sancţiuni pentru neîndeplinirea culpabilă a obligaţiilor conform art.3, alin.2^1 din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 13/2011 privind dobânda legală remuneratorie şi penalizatoare pentru obligaţii băneşti, precum şi pentru reglementarea unor măsuri financiar-fiscale în domeniul bancar cu modificările şi completările ulterioare.
